At Adenium Fashion, we want our return and refund process to be clear and straightforward. Please review the information below before requesting a return.

30-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• Unused and undamaged
• In the same condition in which it was received
• Returned with any original tags and packaging, where applicable
• Accompanied by proof of purchase or your order details

Once your return request has been reviewed, we will provide you with return instructions and the appropriate return address.

Returns sent without prior authorisation may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise covered by your statutory consumer rights, customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service when returning an order, as we cannot be responsible for items that are lost during return transit.

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or faulty item, please contact us before returning it so that we can provide appropriate instructions.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If an item is damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered, contact us at info@adeniumfashion.com as soon as possible.

Please provide your order number and, where appropriate, photographs showing the issue. We will review the matter and provide a suitable resolution in accordance with your applicable consumer rights.

This policy does not limit your legal rights regarding goods that are faulty, not as described, or otherwise do not meet applicable legal requirements.

Exchanges

We do not currently operate a direct exchange service.

If you would like a different item, size, or colour, you may return the eligible item in accordance with this policy and place a new order separately.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow additional time for your bank, card provider, or payment provider to process and display the refund after it has been issued.

We do not charge a restocking fee.

Original Delivery Charges

Where you exercise your statutory right to cancel an eligible online order within the applicable cancellation period, the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us will also be refunded where required by law.

Any additional delivery cost resulting from choosing a more expensive delivery option may not be refundable.

UK Right to Cancel

If you are a consumer purchasing online in the United Kingdom, you generally have the right to cancel an eligible purchase within 14 days without providing a reason.

The cancellation period normally begins the day after you receive the goods.

To exercise this right, you must clearly inform us of your decision to cancel within the applicable 14-day period.

Your statutory cancellation rights are separate from and are not reduced by our voluntary 30-day return policy.

Condition of Returned Goods

You may inspect and handle an item as you reasonably would in a physical shop.

If an item has been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning, we may make a deduction from the refund where permitted by law to reflect any reduction in value.

Items That May Not Be Eligible for Return

Certain items may be excluded from change-of-mind returns where permitted by law, including:

• Items made or personalised specifically for you
• Items that cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons once a sealed package has been opened
• Items that have been used, damaged, altered, or washed after delivery, except where the item is faulty or your statutory rights apply

Sale Items

Sale or promotional items may be returned under the same return conditions stated in this policy unless a lawful exception applies.

Your statutory consumer rights are not affected because an item was purchased at a reduced price.

For other returns under our voluntary 30-day return policy, we aim to process approved refunds promptly after the returned goods have been received and inspected.
